Initial consultation
We conduct a comprehensive in-home or live video consultation with one of our international moving experts to guide you through the overseas moving process, assess your shipment size and determine the best relocation plan for you.
Pack your belongings
On the scheduled moving day, we arrive at your home to carefully pack your belongings into specially designed international removal cartons. We also disassemble, wrap, itemise and prepare your furniture for international transportation.
Safe loading
A detailed and descriptive customs export packing list of your belongings is compiled and your packed items are carefully loaded and secured into an appropriate shipping line container ready for the voyage to your new home.
Shipping
The container is transferred to our warehouse for weighing, security sealing and reporting to Customs. It is then transported to the port and onto the vessel for international sailing to your final overseas destination. We also provide a direct link to the shipping line container tracking and/or airline consignment tracing web pages.
Shipment clearance and delivery
We ensure all of your necessary documentation is carefully checked and in order to facilitate prompt customs clearance into your destination country. Delivery to your new home includes unpacking of cartons, re-assembly and placement of all furniture items and disposal of any packing debris and mess.
Post move follow-up
Our local Crown Relocations office in your destination country is there to be provide support, advice and assistance at delivery, this extends to a detailed post delivery follow-up to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the service you have received.

Vehicle shipping
Crown Relocations can safely and economically prepare, ship and arrange customs clearance for your personal car, SUV, caravan, boat, campervan or trailer from anywhere in Australia to New Zealand, Ireland or the United Kingdom. We also offer short or long-term storage of vehicles, boats, trailers and caravans.
International pet transfer
We understand that your pets can also find relocating overseas a stressful experience. We only work with expert pet transport specialists to ensure the highest quality care. Storage
When moving overseas, we understand that you may not wish to bring everything with you. Crown Relocations offers long and short-term high security storage in every capital city and many regional centres. Our storage warehouses are clean, free of vermin and regularly inspected for safety and security.
Home cleaning
We can arrange for a full house or apartment clean, including windows, oven, carpet steam cleaning as well as sweeping and tidying of outside areas and garages. This can be timed to commence as your last items are being moved out of the home and into your shipping line container.
Foreign currency transfer
We use and recommend an Australian based money transfer provider - Send, for secure, ASIC regulated, fee-free money transfers at more attractive rates than most banks. Often the savings that Send achieves for our clients cover the cost of their move with Crown Relocations.
Fine art handling
Crown Relocations is able supply specialist art handlers, trained and experienced in museum and gallery environments, to pack and handle any high value or delicate works of art. We also offer high-security climate controlled storage at capital city storage facilities.
