Professional packing of personal effects

While we always suggest you let us pack everything we understand that many customers may wish to do some or all of the box packing themselves. We’re happy to work with you on that basis and can provide appropriate packing materials and self-packing tips to assist.

Flexible delivery scheduling

All our interstate and long-distance moves are transported in high grade steel containers designed especially for household goods. This means we can schedule deliveries to suit your availability timing. We even provide short term storage in the container should your interstate move become protracted.

Unpacking and placement of furniture items

Our removal crews are trained to unpack any Crown Relocations packed cartons or boxes onto benchtops and flat surfaces, as well reassemble any furniture items we may have taken apart for transport such as beds and table legs. We'll place your furniture items within the correct rooms and remove all packing debris and mess before we leave.

Post-delivery follow up

Your dedicated Crown move coordinator is there to be provide support, advice and assistance throughout your interstate move, this extends to a detailed post delivery follow-up to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the service you have received.

Destination settling in services

On arrival, we offer a range of settling-in services to help make your house a “home” and allow you to start life in your new location. We can take care of organising basic utilities, advising on interstate driving licences, home and contents insurance services and local vehicle registrations. We also offer an orientation service which is particularly helpful for families, helping everyone get to know their new neighbourhood.
