At Crown, we believe that giving back to the community is in our DNA. We do business in a way that positively impacts the communities in which we live and work. Two of our five core values reflect this – Caring and There – highlighting how important goodwill and generosity are to us as an organisation. Crown Australia is delighted to announce our continued partnership with HeartKids in 2023 to help make a real and lasting impact for the Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) community.
About HeartKids
HeartKids is the only national not-for-profit organisation solely focused on supporting and advocating for all people impacted by childhood heart disease, one of the largest causes of infant death in Australia. HeartKids purpose is to make a real and lasting impact for the Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) community. They seek to give every child, teenager, and adult in Australia with congenital or childhood acquired heart disease a fighting chance to live a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Their support is a commitment for life because there is no known cure. People with congenital heart disease face unique challenges for their entire life.
Key facts
Eight babies are born with CHD in Australia every day (one every three hours) and four precious lives are lost each week. This complex condition has no known cure and remains one of the leading causes of infant death in the country.

How to get involved
