Please note that personal effects shipments into Australia are not immediately available once the vessel has arrived at the arrival port.

It takes several weeks for container unloading, local transportation, unpacking into a Crown managed bonded warehouse for customs clearance and quarantine inspection before final delivery can be arranged.

Your Crown import coordinator will keep you advised of the status of your consignment.
