MyConnect partnership
Crown Relocations is pleased to partner with Australia’s leading connections service provider – MyConnect. Customers anywhere in Australia can have their applications lodged simply through a single portal to set up new electricity, gas, phone, internet and pay TV accounts. MyConnect can even facilitate the closing of old accounts for the previous address.
MyConnect service features include:
A range of leading electricity and gas retailers
In regions where there is no choice of electricity or gas retailer, customers can connect with applicable retailers on the approved state government standard tariff. In other regions, customers are free to negotiate supply arrangements with a number of tier one retailers, as well as having access to a state government approved standard tariff.
Telephone, Broadband and Pay-TV
MyConnect can save you time and take the hassle out of moving by managing your existing service relocations or connecting new phone, internet or entertainment options on the latest Telstra bundles. They can even assist with mobile broadband for internet on the go.
Water
Where water usage accounts are required for tenants (in VIC and NT), water usage accounts can be arranged through MyConnect.
Free to use
There is no charge for customers to use MyConnect. It is free for the customer and funded by retailers.
Progress tracking
Once a customer’s application has been received, customers can securely track the progress of their application via the MyConnect website.
