
Crown Australia is thrilled to announce the continuation of our partnership with HeartKids, as the two organisations join forces to make a lasting impact on the Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) community. Congenital or childhood acquired heart disease remains the leading cause of death among Australian babies below the age of one. With a strong commitment to giving back and creating positive change in the communities where they operate, Crown and HeartKids are dedicated to improving the lives of children affected by heart disease.
Last week, Crown hosted an extraordinary event that brought together their team members in support of HeartKids – the Hero for HeartKids Day. The goal of this event was to unite workplaces, schools, and the broader community, rallying behind children with heart disease and their families.
Team members were encouraged to unleash their inner superheroes and wear their favourite character costumes, adding an extra touch of excitement to the occasion.




Following the Hero for HeartKids Day event, Crown invited participants to share their photos showcasing their extraordinary hero outfits. The response was overwhelming, making it a challenging task to select a winner. However, after much deliberation, Andrew Wilson, General Manager – Group Marketing, has been crowned the most impressively dressed hero! Andrew’s commitment to the cause and his Flash superhero outfit truly captivated the judges.
To acknowledge the team’s efforts and celebrate their passion for helping children in need, Crown Australia will be making a $200 donation to HeartKids.
Crown Australia encourages everyone to continue being heroes for HeartKids, spreading hope, love, and support. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these brave children and their families.
